Exchange & Return Policy
We understand that online shopping can be difficult especially with swimwear, if you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact us first to resolve any issues at firstname.lastname@example.org or text our customer support line at +1(305)766-5295.
Returned items must meet these requirements:
- Items must be sent back within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable*.
- Beauty products, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable*.
- All items with prices ending in $ .00, .90, .96, .97, and .98 are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.
- Items purchase using a discount code are all Final Sale and can only be exchanged or issued a store credit only.
- All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a code that can be used a checkout.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered.
- Heartbreaker International is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- We do not provide pre-paid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to and from us.
Damaged items: In the unlikely event your item comes damaged, we will offer a replacement. Damages must be claimed within 3 business days of confirmed delivery. Please message us through our exchange processing portal with images and provided it's in stock this can be replaced or exchanged for another product at the original price it was purchased for.
Due to federal laws and health regulations, styles that are soiled, worn, damaged by the customer or laundered will not be accepted. It is at Heartbreaker Swimwear's discretion to decide if the returned suit has been soiled. If a suit is determined to be soiled, it will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Any exchanges or returns for store credit that are NOT processed through our website will NOT be accepted until the RMA form is filled out under exchange processing.
